Smita Shrivastava is an accomplished professional with a strong background in cloud architecture and technology consulting. As the Principal Consultant at Niograph Technology Consulting LLP, Smita leads various initiatives, including cloud data engineering, legacy modernization, product management, and business data analytics and visualization on platforms such as AWS, Azure, Databricks, and Snowflake.

With a comprehensive educational foundation, Smita holds an Executive MBA (EPGCPM) from IIM Indore, India, and a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering from SGSITS, Indore, India.

Smita’s expertise is reinforced by an array of certifications and professional qualifications. They hold certifications in AWS Cloud Essential Practitioner CLF-C01, Agile Project Management with Jira Cloud, Agile Foundations, Power BI: Dashboards for Beginners, SQL for Data Analysis, and LOMA FLMI Level 1 (LOMA280 & LOMA 290) in Life Insurance.

Prior to joining Niograph, Smita served as a System Programmer Analyst at DXC Technology India, where they played a pivotal role in managing multiple legacy enterprise IT application projects. Their responsibilities included project lifecycles, requirement analysis, solution development, system and integration testing, and project tracking. Smita spearheaded digital transformation integration interfacing for Fortune 500 clients, showcasing their expertise in delivering successful outcomes.

With a keen focus on leadership and team management, Smita led cross-geographical teams comprising over 10 resources. They effectively administered project milestones, timelines, and reporting to stakeholders, conducting status meetings and ensuring the successful execution of multi-million-dollar strategic projects. Smita also dedicated themselves to mentoring and training resources, imparting knowledge on mainframe technology and the life and annuity insurance domain. This facilitated accelerated business understanding and enhanced the performance of enterprise IT application systems, specifically DXC Cyberlife, Vantage, and WMA products.
