Anish Bapna

Anish is the Founder and Managing Partner at Niograph. He currently leads Tech Consulting and System Implementation Services for Niograph. His expertise lies in architecting large scale Digital Transformation initiatives, with a focus on Cloud Computing, Data management, and Artificial Intelligence. Anish has a broad range of experience in Enterprise Portfolio Rationalization, Enterprise and Solution Architecture, Product Management, and Data Platform Engineering.

Prior to starting Niograph, Anish has worked for reputable organizations such as PwC (Big 4 Consulting), UnitedHealth Group (Fortune 5), and Amdocs. He has considerable experience in various sectors, such as Government and Public sector, Health Insurance, Telecommunications, Advertising and Media, Transport, and Supply Chain Management.

He has extensive experience in handling Strategic, Mission Mode Government Initiatives, both national and international levels. Few notable projects he has worked on include the Implementation of the Ayushman Bharat Yogna, the largest health insurance scheme for the Ministry of Health & Family Welfare in India, Implementation of Advanced Analytics for Indirect Taxes and Customs for the Ministry of Finance in India. He has also been involved in projects funded by the World Bank, such as the Design and Supervision of the Transport System Improvement Project for the Ministry of Transport in Ethiopia.

His technical expertise includes digital transformation, cloud computing, data management, AI strategy, enterprise architecture and design, enterprise application integration, interoperability, product management, and data platform engineering. Anish has developed several products from scratch, including EducationMedia (a school management and networking platform), SarasviHealth (a platform for doctors, pharmacy, and labs), Edukone (a specialist cloud, data, and AI training service provider), and Nioviz (BI tool for data democratization).

He has a keen interest in corporate finance, equity portfolio management, taxation, enterprise capability development and capacity building.

Anish Bapna holds a M.Tech. in Data Science & Engineering from Birla Institute of Technology & Science, Pilani. and B.E. in Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering from SGSITS, Indore. He is certified in TOGAF 9.1 from The Open Group and has knowledge of SAFe and other Agile methodologies.

In his free time, Anish enjoys playing table tennis and chess.
